Add the butter, chicken, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic in a skillet. Cook for 6 minutes, then add the spinach, cream, and Parmesan cheese and cook for 3 more minutes. Set aside.
Place the mixture in a baking dish, add the low-fat mozzarella cheese, and bake in an electric oven at 180 °C for 4 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Add the chopped bacon and serve the chicken gratin with a salad.
