Chicken Roll with Swiss Chard

  • 1 can asparagus cream, Herdez
  • 3 chicken cutlets
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 bag mixed vegetables, (cauliflower, broccoli, and carrot)
  • 1 can canned mushroom, Herdez
  • 1 pinch salt, with garlic
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 bunch aromatic herbs
  • 3 leaves chard, washed and disinfected

  • The milanesa is spread out and a leaf of Swiss chard, cream cheese, and vegetables are placed on it.
  • The frozen vegetable mix is placed in a pan with boiling water and cooked until it reaches a boil.
  • In a pan, the rolls are placed and covered to steam for 5 minutes. (medium heat)
  • Then uncover and turn it over to brown the bacon. Once browned, pour in the HERDEZ asparagus cream and sprinkle the herbs.
  • Lower the heat and boil for 5 more minutes, cover again to finish cooking.
