Chipotle Chicken Fajitas

  • 500 grams chicken, in fajitas
  • 3 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • salt, to taste
  • ground peppers, to taste

  • Season the chicken fajitas with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet and grill the chicken fajitas.
  • Blend the chipotle peppers with evaporated milk, onion, and garlic.
  • Heat the oil, sauté the sauce, and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
  • Serve the chicken fajitas drenched in chipotle sauce and accompany with Tortillinas® Precooked Tía Rosa®.
