500 grams chicken, in fajitas
3 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
1/4 white onions
1 clove garlic
1 can evaporated milk
salt, to taste
ground peppers, to taste

Season the chicken fajitas with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet and grill the chicken fajitas.
Blend the chipotle peppers with evaporated milk, onion, and garlic.
Heat the oil, sauté the sauce, and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
