  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices turkey deli ham
  • 8 slices Manchego cheese
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 20 plums, boneless from Spain
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cups sesame seeds
  • 620 grams Hunt´S ® original bbq sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, ground
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • salt

  • Add garlic, pepper, and salt to the chicken breasts. Place slices of ham, cheese, and prunes in the breasts, secure them with toothpicks, and dip them in beaten egg.
  • Coat the breasts in flour and then in breadcrumbs. Fry the breasts, and to ensure they are well-cooked, bake them for about 20 minutes at 160°C.
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and drizzle with Original Hunt's ® BBQ Sauce, then garnish with sesame seeds.
