  • Mix the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Manchego cheese, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form 100-gram burgers and refrigerate.
  • Glaze the pineapple with Clemente Jacques® no added sugar ketchup and grill over medium heat. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter and cook the hamburger meat for 10 minutes. Add the slice of ham and the slice of cheese. Remove and set aside.
  • Spread mayonnaise on a bun and add lettuce, tomato, the meat, pineapple, and Clemente Jacques® no added sugar ketchup. Top the burger with the other bun and serve with French fries.
