Try this chicken recipe with a honey and mustard sauce for lunch or dinner. The best part is that it has great flavor thanks to Goya® Total Seasoning, which will give the chicken a sweet and sour touch.
1 1/2 kilos chicken breast, boneless, skinless, and in strips
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons Goya® Total Seasoning
2 cups honey
2 tablespoons GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cups orange juice
1 tablespoon Goya® Total Seasoning
1/4 cups old style mustard
1 teaspoon chile flakes
vegetable oil
parsley, finely chopped
white rice, for garnish

Mix the flour and Goya® Total Seasoning in a bowl. Dredge the chicken in the flour and set aside.
Add Goya® Extra Virgin Olive Oil, orange juice, Goya® Total Seasoning, mustard, and chili flakes to a bowl. Mix very well.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add the chicken, and brown on both sides for 10 minutes. Finally, pour in the honey sauce and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve the honey chicken in the same skillet, garnish with parsley, and accompany with white rice.
