Hunt's BBQ Canoes

Delicious and succulent ciabatta with chicken breast prepared with the exquisite flavor of Original Hunt's ® BBQ Sauce accompanied by a rich vegetable side dish.

  • 1 ciabatta roll
  • 150 milliliters Hunt´S ® original bbq sauce
  • 2 leaves bay, fresh
  • 1 pinch oregano 1 pinch oregano

  • 20 grams cherry tomato
  • 20 grams yellow bell pepper
  • 20 grams green bell pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt

  • In a pot over medium heat, cook the chicken breast in water with a pinch of salt, garlic, and onion.
  • Pour the Original Hunt's ® BBQ Sauce into a saucepan over low heat.
  • Add the bay leaves, oregano, and pepper, stirring constantly until incorporated; once it boils, turn off the heat and set aside.
  • For the vegetable side dish: Wash and disinfect the cherry tomatoes and bell peppers.
  • Slice the tomatoes in half and cut the bell peppers into strips.
  • Season with olive oil, lemon, and salt.
  • Once the chicken breast is cooked: Shred the chicken breast.
  • Peel and finely chop the shallot.
  • Sauté the shallot with butter.
  • Add the shredded chicken breast and stir to incorporate the flavor.
  • Add the previously seasoned Original Hunt's ® BBQ Sauce and mix perfectly with the chicken.
  • For the bread: Open the ciabatta by cutting it with a bread knife.
  • Toast both sides until they are warm and crispy.
  • Finally, assemble our tasty chicken breast with Original Hunt's ® BBQ Sauce on the base of the ciabatta and serve alongside the delicious vegetable side dish.
