In a baking dish over medium-high heat, sauté the chicken on all sides, turning to seal. Remove the chicken and place it on paper towels to absorb excess fat.
In the same oil left in the baking dish, sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the bell pepper and then the mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour in the wine and let it reduce for 5 more minutes. Add the water and the Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning and mix it well.
Add the chicken and let it cook for 20 minutes from the first boil. Serve hot.
