Mexican Chicken Tostadas

  • 3 tomatillos, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 2 morita chiles, for the sauce
  • salt

  • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups tomato, seedless, in medium cubes

  • Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and morita chiles in a pot with enough water. Cook for 5 minutes or until well cooked.Blend the vegetables with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Heat a pan with vegetable oil, sauté the onion, tomato, mix in the chicken, salt, and pepper until well combined, pour in the sauce and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Spread the tostadas with beans, add the chicken, and decorate with lettuce, pickled onions, and cheese.
  • Serve the tostadas, add the green sauce, and accompany with Sidral Mundet® Apple Flavor.
