  • 1 cup orange jam
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt, you can use regular salt and add chopped celery

  • In a bowl, mix the orange marmalade with the balsamic vinegar, garlic, mustard, and celery salt. Combine everything until you have a homogeneous preparation.
  • In a skillet, heat the butter, add the chicken breasts, and season with salt and pepper. Sear the chicken on both sides for 3 minutes or until they are slightly golden.
  • Pour the orange mixture you previously made over the chicken breasts, add rosemary, orange slices, and cover; cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
