1.5 kilos chicken breast, in cubes, clean, boneless, and skinless
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped
1 pinch sugar
1 teaspoon carrot, in julienne
3 cups green bell pepper, in julienne
1 cup red onion, in julienne
1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
3 pinches salt and pepper, for the sauce
1 lime zest
1 cup soy sauce, for the sauce
3/4 cups orange juice, for the sauce

Heat a little oil in a large skillet, then add the chicken cubes and sear for 3 minutes.
Add the minced garlic, toasted sesame oil, finely chopped ginger, and mix very well, then incorporate the sugar and cook for 3 more minutes to caramelize the chicken.
Add the red onion, carrot, and green pepper to the skillet, cook for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, add the lemon zest, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and finally, the blanched broccoli.
Mix all the ingredients perfectly and incorporate soy sauce and orange juice.
Cook the oriental chicken with broccoli for 3 minutes, season, and serve hot.
