Stuffed Thighs in Chipotle (Hunt's BBQ chipotle) with Tropical Salad

This recipe is one of my favorites as it combines the delicious flavor of BBQ with a touch of spiciness, exquisite! Your guests will be very grateful, and the combination of seasonal fruit makes this recipe an ideal accompaniment, full of flavor. Dare to cook it!

  • 310 grams Hunt's ® BBQ chipotle sauce
  • 4 chicken thighs, boneless, flattened
  • 100 grams turkey deli ham
  • 100 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • cooking spray
  • 3 mangoes, cut into small cubes
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic, chopped
  • 3 limes, just the juice
  • salt and pepper

  • In a bowl, mix the mango with the tomato, 3/4 of the chopped onion, cilantro, and lime. Mix well and set aside.
  • Season the thighs with salt and pepper and stuff them with ham and cheese in a roll shape; you can use toothpicks, as in the images. Fry the thighs in a pan or pot until cooked and set aside. In a medium pot, sauté the onion with garlic and a little oil. When they turn transparent, add the delicious Hunt's® BBQ Chipotle Sauce and cook on low heat for 10 minutes to season.
  • After this time, there will be a more concentrated aroma of sauce. Then add the thighs and let cook for another 15 minutes. And that's it, serve your thighs with the salad. Enjoy!
