10 slices Manchego cheese, not too thin

2 cups breadcrumbs
salt
pepper
parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fill a slice of ham with a slice of cheese, roll them up, and press a little to keep them from opening.
Dip each ham and cheese roll in the beaten egg and place it in the breadcrumbs to coat all sides.
Add salt and pepper and fry in hot oil until crispy. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil and set aside.
Serve the breaded ham and cheese rolls and garnish with fresh parsley.
