Delicious Potato Flautas with Chorizo

No one can resist the delicious smell of frying chorizo, that's why these potato flautas with chorizo will delight, plus they are very easy and quick to make, they will get you out of any bind! They can be served with lettuce, cream, cheese, and a raw green sauce; they will taste like home.

  • 1/2 cups onion
  • 1 cup chorizo
  • 3 potatoes, cooked

  • For the potato flautas with chorizo, in a skillet, sauté the onion, add the chorizo, and fry until golden. Add the potatoes and mash until it becomes a purée.
  • On a cutting board, place 2 tortillas, add the potato with chorizo, and roll them up.
  • In a medium skillet, add oil and fry the potato flautas with chorizo. Place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
  • Serve accompanied by lettuce, cream, and cheese.
