  • 1 cup water, warm
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 envelope active yeast
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 150 grams pepperoni
  • 1 cup button mushrooms
  • bell pepper

  • In a bowl, place the warm water, stir in the sugar and yeast.
  • Wait 10 minutes for the yeast to activate.
  • Then add the flour, salt, and olive oil.
  • Stir the ingredients with a whisk.
  • Preheat the oven to 230 °C.
  • On a floured surface, knead and stretch the mixture with your hands until you achieve the desired size and shape.
  • Place the stretched dough on baking trays.
  • Spread the tomato sauce over the dough.
  • Add your preferred ingredients (pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, etc.)
  • Cover with grated mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, slice, and enjoy.
