1/2 kilos corn tortillas
1/2 kilos tomato
250 grams queso fresco
1 cup black frijoles de la olla

Boil the tomatoes, then blend them with garlic, onion, and a little water.
In a skillet, sauté the sauce for 5 minutes and add two cups of water.
Soak the folded tortillas for a few seconds in the sauce, then place them on a plate and add a bit more sauce, some fresh cheese, and beans to taste.
