Chipotle Rice with Fish

Chipotle rice with fish is a very tasty, easy preparation that won't take much of your time. It's a spicy and healthy recipe, as it has a good fiber content (from the rice). It's a perfect recipe for your whole family.

  • 1 envelope Knorr® red rice with tomato
  • 1/4 bunches fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 3 fish fillets
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
  • 2 tablespoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 1 3/4 cups water

  • Blend 1 ¾ cups of water, the chipotle, and the Knorr® Suiza Caldo de Pollo.
  • Boil the blender mixture.
  • Add the Knorr® Rice with Tomato.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Margarina Primavera® Cocina Sin Sal.
  • Cut the fillet into cubes.
  • Cook the fish with 1 tablespoon of Margarina Primavera® Cocina Sin Sal.
  • Add the fish to the rice.
  • Add cilantro to the rice.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Serve.
