1 envelope Knorr® red rice with tomato
1/4 bunches fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
3 fish fillets
1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
2 tablespoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
1 3/4 cups water
Preparation

Low
Blend 1 ¾ cups of water, the chipotle, and the Knorr® Suiza Caldo de Pollo.
Boil the blender mixture.
Add the Knorr® Rice with Tomato.
Add 1 tablespoon of Margarina Primavera® Cocina Sin Sal.
Cut the fillet into cubes.
Cook the fish with 1 tablespoon of Margarina Primavera® Cocina Sin Sal.
Add the fish to the rice.
Add cilantro to the rice.
Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Serve.
