Fettuccine Alfredo with Smoked Sausages

This recipe for fettuccine alfredo with smoked sausages gives a twist to the original alfredo pasta recipe, the sausages add a different touch that everyone in my house loves.

  • 1 package smoked sausage, cut into pieces

  • Place the pasta in boiling water. Meanwhile, fry the sausages.
  • Melt half of the butter in a pan, add the tablespoon of flour and brown for a few minutes. Pour the evaporated milk into the mixture in a very thin stream and stir.
  • Add the chopped parsley and incorporate the sausages over low heat, let it thicken and finally add the pasta.
