  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper, in strips

  • 1 teaspoon guajillo chile, powder

  • 4 tablespoons lime juice, for the guacamole
  • 1/4 cups water, for the guacamole
  • 1 serrano chile, for the guacamole

  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion until it slightly changes color, add the garlic, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and green bell pepper, and sauté for 2 minutes. Then, add the fish, season with salt, pepper, and guajillo chili, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • For the guacamole: Blend the avocado, cucumber, lime juice, water, serrano chili, salt, and pepper for 3 minutes. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
