Fish fillet burger

  • 4 white fish
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise with lemon juice McCormick®
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 cups buffalo sauce
  • mayonnaise with lemon juice McCormick®
  • lettuce
  • brioche bun for burger
  • French fries, for serving

  • Place the fish in a bowl and soak it in milk, McCormick® Mayonnaise with lime juice, and hot sauce.Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Place the egg in a bowl, mix, and set aside.In another bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, salt, and baking powder.Remove the fish from the milk and coat it in flour, then in the egg, and again in flour. Set aside.
  • Fry the pieces of fish, one by one, in a pot with hot oil for 10 minutes or until golden. Remove and place on a plate with absorbent paper.
  • Place the fish on a rack-lined baking sheet and drizzle with buffalo sauce.
  • Spread the bread with McCormick® Mayonnaise with lime juice and add lettuce and the fish. Serve the burger and accompany with French fries.
