Fish in Habanero Sauce

You have never tasted a creamy habanero sauce like this. I assure you that the combination of fish fillets with the spiciness of the chili will be a sensation.

  • 4 teaspoons Knorr® tomato bouillon
  • 4 fish fillets , (120 g each)
  • 1 Habanero chile, deveined and seeded
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons Maizena® cornstarch
  • 1 sprig epazote, washed and disinfected
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 4 teaspoons Primavera® Chantilly Margarine

  • In a medium skillet, melt the Primavera Chantilly® Salt-Free margarine and sear the fish fillets.
  • Blend one cup of water with the tomato, habanero, and 4 teaspoons of Knorr Tomate® Tomato Seasoning until smooth. Pour into the pan with the fish.
  • From the first boil of the sauce, cook for an additional 5 minutes. Dissolve the cornstarch Maizena® in the remaining water and add it to the pan. Boil for a couple of minutes to thicken.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot.
