You have never tasted a creamy habanero sauce like this. I assure you that the combination of fish fillets with the spiciness of the chili will be a sensation.
In a medium skillet, melt the Primavera Chantilly® Salt-Free margarine and sear the fish fillets.
Blend one cup of water with the tomato, habanero, and 4 teaspoons of Knorr Tomate® Tomato Seasoning until smooth. Pour into the pan with the fish.
From the first boil of the sauce, cook for an additional 5 minutes. Dissolve the cornstarch
Maizena® in the remaining water and add it to the pan. Boil for a couple of minutes to thicken.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
