Seared Tuna Medallion

This is a practical and quick recipe. Made with ingredients that we generally have at home. These tuna medallions with the touch of soy sauce, lemon, and spices will delight you.

  • 2 fresh tuna loins, in medallion
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 chives
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning
  • 1 lime juice
  • salt and pepper

  • Sauté the red onion in a little oil for 3 minutes or until translucent.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mustard, lemon, herbs, scallions, red onion, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the tuna medallions for 6 minutes on each side (first sear the edges), the center will remain pink. If you prefer, you can leave them longer for a more cooked result.
