  • In a semi-deep saucepan, sauté with a little lard the sesame seeds, green pumpkin seeds, cinnamon stick, allspice, clove. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same saucepan, sauté the garlic, onion, tomato, and árbol chili, add the chicken broth, cilantro, epazote, and hoja santa, cook for 5 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • Blend in the Oster® Xtreme Mix ™ Professional Blender the sesame seeds, green pumpkin seeds, cinnamon stick, allspice, clove, tomatoes, garlic, onion, cilantro, epazote, and hoja santa.
  • In a semi-deep saucepan, heat a little lard and sauté the mole, season with salt and pepper, and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.}
  • Serve a piece of chicken on a plate and cover with the green mole. Accompany with red rice.
