Ham and Cheese Crepe Rolls

This recipe is for a delicious snack of ham and cheese crepe rolls for you to enjoy with your family and/or friends, whether for lunch or as a side dish during a meal.

  • 250 grams flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 envelope sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 liters whole milk
  • 50 grams butter
  • turkey deli ham
  • Manchego cheese

  • Pour the flour into a bowl and gradually add, using a whisk, the milk, eggs, salt, and sugar.
  • The batter should be smooth but not thick.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes and then grease a medium pan with butter and wait for it to heat over medium heat.
  • To make the first crepe, we pour a ladle of batter and spread it to cover the entire base of the pan.
  • Once the bottom layer of the crepe is golden, about 1 minute on low heat, we lift it with a spatula and flip it to brown the other side.
  • We must repeat the process of greasing the pan with butter for each crepe.
  • Once the crepe is ready, we fold it in half and spread turkey ham and manchego cheese on that half.
  • Then we fold it in half again, resulting in a triangular shape.
  • To make the rolls, cut the triangle in half and fold each piece from corner to corner to form the roll.
  • Place a wooden stick through the middle of each roll and arrange on a serving plate.
