250 grams flour
4 eggs
1 envelope sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 liters whole milk
50 grams butter

Pour the flour into a bowl and gradually add, using a whisk, the milk, eggs, salt, and sugar.
The batter should be smooth but not thick.
Let it rest for 5 minutes and then grease a medium pan with butter and wait for it to heat over medium heat.
To make the first crepe, we pour a ladle of batter and spread it to cover the entire base of the pan.
Once the bottom layer of the crepe is golden, about 1 minute on low heat, we lift it with a spatula and flip it to brown the other side.
We must repeat the process of greasing the pan with butter for each crepe.
Once the crepe is ready, we fold it in half and spread turkey ham and manchego cheese on that half.
Then we fold it in half again, resulting in a triangular shape.
To make the rolls, cut the triangle in half and fold each piece from corner to corner to form the roll.
Place a wooden stick through the middle of each roll and arrange on a serving plate.
