  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 11 grams yeast
  • 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, in strips
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup deli ham, in small squares
  • 1 cup pineapple, in small squares
  • olive oil, for brushing
  • basil, in leaves

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, yeast, and olive oil. Gradually add the water and incorporate. Knead until you have a firm and uniform consistency.
  • Knead the dough with your hands until it forms a ball. Place it in a bowl previously greased with oil and cover it with a cloth. Let it rest until it doubles in size.
  • Using your hands, remove the excess air from the dough. On a floured surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it reaches a thickness of 2 mm and cut it to the size of your pizza base.
  • Top with refried beans, Oaxaca cheese, fried chorizo, red onion, cuaresmeño pepper, and sweet corn to taste. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
  • Cut and serve hot.
