  • 1 package rice leaf
  • water
  • 2 cups instant ramen noodles, prepared
  • 8 lettuce
  • 1/2 cups purple cauliflower, cooked
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, in sheets
  • vegetable oil
  • soy sauce

  • Place water in a flat dish. Immerse the rice paper sheets one by one for 15 to 20 seconds or until they become transparent.
  • Remove from water and place on a lightly greased tray or board.
  • Fill the rice paper with some ramen, a lettuce leaf, purple cauliflower, and cucumber. Roll it up and fry in a pan with a little oil for 3 minutes.
  • Serve and drizzle with a little soy sauce.
