  • 1 baguette, in thin slices
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 400 grams chicken breast, in cutlets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, shake
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • salt
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • pomodoro sauce

  • Place the slices of bread on a tray and bake in toast mode number 2 in the Cusinart® Air Fryer to dry them out.
  • Grind the bread in the Kitchen Central® for 10 minutes, until it becomes completely powder. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  • Add parsley, parmesan cheese, oregano to the bowl of ground bread and mix until everything is perfectly integrated.
  • Place flour on a flat plate, ground bread on another, and in a separate bowl, mix the eggs with the milk.
  • Dust the chicken breast with flour until completely covered, then dip it in the egg to coat well, and finally, coat with the ground bread; press to ensure it adheres well.
  • Place the chicken on the rack of the Cusinart® Air Fryer and insert it, then set it to air fryer and nuggets function for 10 minutes. Remove from the Cusinart® Air Fryer.
  • Serve on a flat plate and accompany with pomodoro sauce and garnish with freshly grated parmesan.
