BBQ Ribs

This recipe is innovative as the ribs are baked instead of grilled, which is how we are more accustomed to eating them. Their rich flavor and the tenderness of the meat will make them melt in your mouth.

  • 1 kilo pork ribs
  • 1/2 red onions 1/2 red onions
  •   pineapple juice pineapple juice
  • 1 cube chicken bullion 1 cube chicken bullion
  •   Worcestershire sauce Worcestershire sauce
  • Maggi seasoning
  • 1 tub Hunt´S ® original bbq sauce
  •   garlic salt  garlic salt

  • Cook the ribs until precooked with a little salt and half an onion for 15 minutes.
  • Place the ribs on a baking tray or dish.
  • Sprinkle the chicken bouillon cube.
  • Next, drizzle the meat with Worcestershire sauce and Maggi sauce.
  • Sprinkle garlic salt evenly.
  • Add the pineapple juice to the level of the meat.
  • Add the Original Hunt's® BBQ Sauce, completely covering the ribs. Reserve a quarter of the sauce.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the ribs for 35 to 40 minutes.
