Recipe made with beef steaks and seasoned with BBQ sauce, tamarind sauce with honey, and fruits such as mango, jicama, and peach. A different and delicious dish to share.
In a skillet, place the oil and lightly fry the steaks with salt and pepper to seal them.
Next, place all the pieces in the skillet and add the tamarind syrup, Hunt's® Original BBQ Sauce, honey, and the cup of water. Let it boil a little and add the tablespoon of chicken broth.
Add the fruit, let it boil for about 10 more minutes, and once ready, you can serve it on a plate with some white rice.
