Beef Picadillo in Mexican Tacos with Pepper and Green Chile

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pieces Mccormick®
  • 20 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 2 tomatoes, seedless, finely chopped
  • 1/8 white onions , finely chopped
  • 100 grams corn kernel , canned
  • 1 red bell pepper, seedless, cut into thin strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, seedless, cut into thin strips
  • 3 serrano chiles, cut into thin slices
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 3 pinches ground pepper

  • Fry the ground beef very well and add garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the tomato, onion, corn kernels, and peppers, and season with salt.
