Chops with Sweet Mustard Sauce

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1/2 cups mustard
  • 1/2 cans evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch garlic powder, to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper, to taste
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

  • Season the chops with salt, garlic, and pepper on both sides, fry them over medium heat until cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add evaporated milk and scrape off everything that has stuck to the pan, it will add flavor.
  • Add the mustard and cream, mix well, and incorporate the honey and water; mix.
  • Add the sprig of rosemary, adjust the seasoning as it may need some salt, pepper, or even garlic.
  • Let the sauce reduce until it becomes a bit thick.
  • Once ready, place the chops on a large plate or baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
