1/2 cups mustard
1/2 cans evaporated milk
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons honey
1 pinch salt, to taste
1 pinch garlic powder, to taste
1 pinch pepper, to taste
1 sprig fresh rosemary

Season the chops with salt, garlic, and pepper on both sides, fry them over medium heat until cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add evaporated milk and scrape off everything that has stuck to the pan, it will add flavor.
Add the mustard and cream, mix well, and incorporate the honey and water; mix.
Add the sprig of rosemary, adjust the seasoning as it may need some salt, pepper, or even garlic.
Let the sauce reduce until it becomes a bit thick.
Once ready, place the chops on a large plate or baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
