  • Grill the chorizo for 15 to 20 minutes over indirect heat and move it to direct heat for about 2 minutes to crisp it up a bit.
  • Cut the bread and heat it on the grill.
  • Spread mayonnaise (to the mayonnaise, add chopped green onion).
  • For the Sauce Blend or puree all ingredients and it's ready.
  • Place the chorizo and drizzle with the cilantro and parsley sauce.
