Crispy Pork and Cajun Pasta

  • A pig's ear is boiled in coconut water in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes, then turned off, the ear is removed, and cut into thin strips. Set aside.

  • In a wok with corn oil, fry the strips of pork and add the Cajun until they are golden brown, then drain and set aside. Serve the spaghetti topped with the strips of pork.
