  • 500 grams beef tenderloin, in small cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, for marinating
  • 1/3 cups soy sauce, for marinating
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, for marinating
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil, for marinating
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil, for cooking
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cups carrot, in strips
  • 3 tablespoons green onion stalks, in thin slices
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, in small cubes
  • 2 cups egg noodle, cooked
  • 1 teaspoon chile flakes, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the beef, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and peanut oil. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a wok or deep pot over low heat.Cook the meat, mushrooms, carrot, green onion stalk, and red bell pepper until slightly softened.
  • Add the egg noodles, adjust the seasoning, and cook for a couple more minutes. Garnish with chili flakes.
