250 grams bacon
puff pastry
500 grams ground meat
200 milliliters clotted cream
2 eggs

Add a generous splash of oil to a frying pan and sauté the finely chopped onion, bacon, and ham.
Once sautéed, add the meat with the spices and cook, stirring continuously to break up the meat.
Roll out the puff pastry (according to the size of the mold) and place it on a baking tray.
In a bowl, we will beat the two eggs with the cooking cream.
With the cooked and warm meat, we will place it on the tray over the puff pastry.
To give it a special touch, we will crumble Mozzarella cheese and pour in the egg mixture with the cream.
Place in the oven at 180º C for 20 minutes.
