Meat-Bacon-Ham Quiche

International recipe, very easy, very quick, and tasty; we are talking about a minced Meat Quiche with Ham, Bacon, and Mozzarella Cheese. Simply exquisite.

  • 250 grams bacon
  • puff pastry
  • 500 grams ground meat
  • 200 milliliters clotted cream
  • 2 eggs
  • cumin
  • 1 onion
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • deli ham

  • Add a generous splash of oil to a frying pan and sauté the finely chopped onion, bacon, and ham.
  • Once sautéed, add the meat with the spices and cook, stirring continuously to break up the meat.
  • Roll out the puff pastry (according to the size of the mold) and place it on a baking tray.
  • In a bowl, we will beat the two eggs with the cooking cream.
  • With the cooked and warm meat, we will place it on the tray over the puff pastry.
  • To give it a special touch, we will crumble Mozzarella cheese and pour in the egg mixture with the cream.
  • Place in the oven at 180º C for 20 minutes.
