In a molcajete, grind the garlic with salt, pepper, parsley leaves, and vinegar, then in a deep baking dish arrange the meat and marinate with the mixture prepared in the molcajete; let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Once at temperature, bake the leg for 30 minutes; after 30 minutes, add the quartered tomato, quartered onion, ancho chili in pieces, squeeze the juice of the orange and add it, pour in the orange juice and coat with Hunt’s® Original BBQ Sauce.
Bake the leg for an additional 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and slice.
