Pork in Chile Color and Orange Juice

A recipe to change the classic spicy pork for a juicy and colorful one.

  • 1 kilo pork, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup meat broth, pork
  • 8 chiles, color
  • 1/2 cups orange juice, natural 1/2 cups orange juice, natural
  • 1 teaspoon oil  1 teaspoon oil

  • Boil the chiles in water until softened, let them rest for 3 minutes, and blend them with the orange juice. Finally, strain that mixture and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, heat a teaspoon of oil, pour in the chili mixture, and let it cook.
  • Add the broth and meat, let it reduce. Season with salt if necessary.
