1 kilo pork, rack
1 cup mustard
1 liter cola
1/2 cups seasoning, for meat
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Remove all the fat from the rack
Season to taste
Spread mustard on the front and back
Place it in a baking dish
Pour cola until almost covering it
Bake it for one hour
