Pork Rack

A simple way to prepare a delicious pork cut, the rack. You just need to add cola, mustard, and meat seasoning. An easy recipe for the oven.

  • 1 kilo pork, rack
  • 1 cup mustard
  • 1 liter cola
  • 1/2 cups seasoning, for meat

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Remove all the fat from the rack
  • Season to taste
  • Spread mustard on the front and back
  • Place it in a baking dish
  • Pour cola until almost covering it
  • Bake it for one hour
