1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups granola, with Kellogg’s® quinoa

Season each milanesa with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a bowl, beat the eggs. In two other bowls, place the flour and the quinoa granola with Kellogg’s®.
Coat each milanesa by dipping it in the flour, then the egg allowing excess to drip off, and finally in the quinoa granola with Kellogg’s®. Set aside.
In a skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Fry the milanesas on both sides until they turn golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
