Quinoa Granola Breaded Beef Milanesa

  • 4 beef cutlets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups granola, with Kellogg’s® quinoa

  • Season each milanesa with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs. In two other bowls, place the flour and the quinoa granola with Kellogg’s®.
  • Coat each milanesa by dipping it in the flour, then the egg allowing excess to drip off, and finally in the quinoa granola with Kellogg’s®. Set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Fry the milanesas on both sides until they turn golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
