  • In a bowl, add the flour, then add the yeast and stir very well, add the tablespoon of salt, then the olive oil, and finally, slowly add the water while mixing everything gradually until you have a nice dough that doesn't stick.
  • Let the dough rest for 10 minutes in the bowl, covering it with plastic wrap.
  • Sprinkle flour on your working surface and then place the dough to start rolling it out with a rolling pin until it is semi-thin.
  • Grease the skillet with a little olive oil or cooking oil, then place the rolled-out dough.
  • Add the tomato sauce and spread it over the dough with a spoon, then add the mozzarella cheese, chopped ham, and also the pineapple.
  • Turn on the stove to the lowest heat and cover it so that the steam doesn't escape for 25 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
