  • 1 kilo beefsteak

  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • salt

  • mashed potatoes

  • Place a bit of parchment paper on a board, spread out the steaks, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Fill with yellow peppers, carrots, and zucchini. Roll with the help of the parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the parchment paper, tie the roll with hemp thread, and season with salt.
  • Place the roll on an oven-safe tray and drizzle with beef broth and balsamic vinegar. Bake for 30 minutes or until the meat is well cooked.
  • Remove the thread and slice the steak spring roll. Serve and accompany with mashed potatoes.
