Delicious spicy stuffed pepper filled with ground beef, potato, carrot, and Hunt's® Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Perfect to eat as a main dish accompanied by some rice. Give them a try.
Chop the carrot and potato.
Bring water to a boil in a pot for 15 minutes.
Add the peas and a pinch of salt, along with 200 grams of Hunt's® Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
Cook for 20 minutes. Once cooled, let them drain and set aside.
In a pot, add oil and heat over medium heat, then add the chopped onion, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Cook until the onion is transparent, then add the ground beef.
Stir and integrate Hunt's® Chipotle BBQ Sauce to taste, preferably until it takes on the BBQ color, and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Take the peppers and cut off the top. Remove the seeds and clean them.
Add the vegetables to the ground beef and mix.
Take a pepper and stuff it with the meat.
Once stuffed, bake with butter for 10 minutes. You can add cheese at the end so that it melts with the heat of the pepper.
