Ground Beef Meatloaf

  • 750 grams ground meat, lean, sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® beef bouillon
  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper, ground
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cups tomato sauce, for pizza
  • 1 egg

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix the ground beef with Knorr® Beef Flavor Broth, onion, pepper, mustard, parsley, tomato sauce, and the egg.
  • Knead until achieving a homogeneous appearance.
  • Place the mixture in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, remove the foil, and bake for 10 more minutes or until well browned.
  • Cut into 6 portions and serve.
