  • 1 pizza base, large
  • 1/2 cups refried beans, (can include chorizo)
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup chorizo
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, cut into squares
  • 1 Salsa Huichol® sauce for snacks

  • Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
  • Using a spoon, spread the refried beans on the pizza base.
  • Cover with mozzarella cheese.
  • Add pieces of chorizo and pineapple.
  • Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown on the bottom.
  • Add Huichol sauce to taste and serve hot.
