Bishop Tacos

  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and add the tomatillo, the manzano chili, the bell pepper, the epazote, the cilantro seed, and the meat. Season and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the meat is well cooked.
  • Warm the tortillas, serve the meat, and accompany your Bishop tacos with red salsa and lime juice, enjoy with Sidral Mundet® Apple Flavor!
