2 boneless chicken breast
2 pinches salt
2 pinches pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cups buffalo sauce
4 flour tortillas, for burritos
1 cup beans, refried
1 cup Manchego cheese, shredded
1 avocado

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a grill pan, heat the oil and cook the chicken breasts on both sides until cooked through.
Slice thinly and mix with buffalo sauce. Set aside.
Heat the flour tortillas and add some beans, chicken strips, cheese, and avocado.
Wrap the tortillas and enjoy.
