Buffalo Chicken Burrito with Avocado

This buffalo chicken burrito with avocado is incredibly delicious and easy to make. A layer of beans, grilled chicken accompanied by buffalo sauce, and tasty slices of avocado that will blow your mind.

  • 2 boneless chicken breast
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups buffalo sauce
  • 4 flour tortillas, for burritos
  • 1 cup beans, refried
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, shredded
  • 1 avocado

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a grill pan, heat the oil and cook the chicken breasts on both sides until cooked through.
  • Slice thinly and mix with buffalo sauce. Set aside.

  • Wrap the tortillas and enjoy.
