  • 3 cups requesón
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cups epazote, finely chopped
  • vegetable oil
  • corn tortillas
  • poblano mole sauce, ready to serve
  • sour cream
  • queso fresco
  • red onion

  • In a bowl, mix the ricotta, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and epazote until well combined.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and fry the tortillas for 3 minutes or until soft. Fill the tortillas with the prepared ricotta, roll them up, and place on a plate.
