tortilla chips, corn
1 kilo tomatillo
1/2 onions
1 clove garlic
2 serrano chiles
150 grams chicken, shredded
100 grams Manchego cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream

Cook the tomatoes, garlic, onion, and chiles in water.
Blend everything.
Heat the sauce.
Remove the Tía Rosa® Pizzereta® from the packaging.
Open the sauce packet and spread it over the Tía Rosa® Pizzereta®.
Season the sauce to taste.
Add the Totopos.
Distribute the chilaquiles on the pizza.
Sprinkle manchego cheese.
Add the cream.
Spread the shredded chicken.
Heat the Tía Rosa® Pizzereta® on a griddle.
Cover to allow the cheese to melt.
Serve immediately.
