  • tortilla chips, corn
  • 1 kilo tomatillo
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 serrano chiles
  • 150 grams chicken, shredded
  • 100 grams Manchego cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream

  • Cook the tomatoes, garlic, onion, and chiles in water.
  • Blend everything.
  • Heat the sauce.
  • Remove the Tía Rosa® Pizzereta® from the packaging.
  • Open the sauce packet and spread it over the Tía Rosa® Pizzereta®.
  • Season the sauce to taste.
  • Add the Totopos.
  • Distribute the chilaquiles on the pizza.
  • Sprinkle manchego cheese.
  • Add the cream.
  • Spread the shredded chicken.
