Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet and add the onion, frying until translucent. Blend the onion with the garlic, water, and beans. Return everything to the same skillet and sauté the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the chorizo in a skillet and crumble it.
Dip a tortilla in the bean sauce, filled with chorizo.
Serve with cream, cheese, and avocado.
