  • 1 package Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortilla
  • 100 grams Manchego cheese
  • 100 grams asadero cheese
  • 100 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 100 grams Chihuahua cheese
  • refried black beans, to accompany

  • Grate the manchego cheese, asadero cheese, and chihuahua cheese.
  • Shred the Oaxaca cheese.
  • Heat a Tortillina® Tía Rosa® on the griddle.
  • Place the cheeses one by one.
